Using your fabric scraps this easy in the hoop project becomes a delightful way to decorate your dinner table.  Or you can use it as a countdown chain garland, adding a colorful touch to your child’s decor.

This fun two-sided project is all done in the hoop with easy to follow step-by-step instructions to guide you. You are hooping stabilizer only, appliqueing your fabric over the top, adding a font from your personal files (if desired) applying backing fabric behind your hoop, finishing the edges and cutting away the stabilizer.

You receive three file variations in two widths each: These are for Eyelets, Kam Snaps (size 20) or Ribbon Inserts.
