Graduation Cap Banner ITH Project

With the Graduation Cap Banner ITH project, you’ll receive two variations – one with space to personalize with a font and the other with the tassel starting from the middle of the mortarboard which can be used as a banner spacer between words or at either end of a word.

This two-sided banner is all done in the hoop with easy to follow step-by-step instructions to guide you. You are hooping stabilizer only, appliqueing your fabric over the top, adding a font, applying backing fabric behind your hoop, finishing the edges and cutting away the stabilizer.
