Flower Power Headband ITH Project

If you can sew on a button, this project is for you!

Using your fabric scraps, elastic and basic sewing skills, you can make this gorgeous headband!

Made to match the Flower Power Banner ITH Project, this triple-decker flower is all done in the hoop with easy to follow step-by-step instructions and pictorial tutorial to guide you. You are hooping stabilizer only, appliqueing your fabric over the top, applying backing fabric behind your hoop, finishing the edges and cutting away the stabilizer.

The hardest part is deciding which colors to use!
