Make your next annoucement fun with this cute banner!  Mix up the sizes for extra fun!

This is a fun and easy banner all done in the hoop with easy to follow step-by-step instructions to guide you. You are hooping stabilizer only, appliqueing your fabric over the top, adding a font from your personal files, applying backing fabric behind your hoop, finishing the edges and ribbon holes/eyelets and cutting away the stabilizer.

Hint: Skip one of the ribbon holes to use a bubble or bubble mix bottle as a cute gift tag.
